TYMA Media, LLC ("TYMA," "we," "us") is a Florida limited liability company based in Sarasota, Florida, providing Facebook and Instagram advertising management for home service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through tymamedia.com and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect what you provide directly:

• Full name and business name
• Type of business and service area
• Phone number and email address

We also use the Meta Pixel on this site, which automatically collects standard technical and interaction data — such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and actions taken on the page — for the purposes described below.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule your strategy call
• To measure and improve the performance of our advertising campaigns, including through Meta's ad platform
• To communicate with you about TYMA's services, as you agree to when submitting the form

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-party services we use

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate this site and process inquiries:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram): our advertising platform, which places tracking cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) to measure ad performance. Meta's own privacy policy governs how it handles this data.
• FormSubmit.co: the form-processing service that delivers your submission to our inbox. It does not use your data for any purpose beyond that delivery.

Data retention

We retain contact information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and standard recordkeeping purposes afterward. You may request deletion at any time — see contact details below.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing us. You can also control cookies and ad tracking through your browser and device settings, or through Meta's own ad preferences.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
